Imam Ali (a.s)
The historical personality of Imam Ali b. Abi Talib, the cousin and son in law of the Prophet of Islam, is indeed a cherished figure in the eyes of all Muslims. He is recognised as one of the foremost early converts to Islam, as the first male convert to have embraced the message of Islam after the first revelation.

Who is Imam Ali (a.s)?
Imam Ali (a.s), son of Abu Talib (the uncle of Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w)) was born in 600 A.D in Makkah, Arabia. He is the cousin and son-in-law of Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w), having married his only daughter, Lady Fatimah (a.s).

Who is Allah (s.w.t)?
Allah (s.w.t) is the Arabic word for ‘God’ and is the Creator whom Muslims worship. He is regarded by Muslims as their Sustainer, Helper and Guide. Muslims believe Allah (s.w.t) is free from all impurity, physicality and multiplicity.
